H Education World is a subsidiary of H Network International, which is a completely bootstrapped start-up, and is working towards creating world's biggest and best Educational Platform to connect students across the world to best educational resources created to allow them access to innovative learning mechanisms at lowest possible costs, to the latest in Ed-Tech, to state-of-the-art educational institutions set-up by H Education World, and to specialized exams crafted to assess a student's true potential and allow the best educational institutions to admit students based on that holistic assessment.

H Education World is the first arm of H Network to start operations. It started out in February 2017 and launched its first website, www.EnglishEmperor.com, in June 2017. The website, as the name suggests, provides courses related to English Language. A team of educators is currently working on developing Basic Preparatory Courses for students of CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) and would start on such courses for other boards after that. At the same time, other websites are being developed to provide courses and study material for other subjects like Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Hindi, History, Geography, etc. and would be launched one by one by the end of 2018.

The main aim of H Education World is to create a single point of convergence for all students to allow them access to everything related to their student life like books, other study material, stationery, uniforms, specialized courses, international competitions, international qualifying exams, a student-specific social network, banking services, and everything else that a student might require.

Token Sale Structure


The total number of HIDU created by H Network for H Education World’s platform will be 1,00,00,00,000 (One Billion). The total percentage of tokens that will be released during the 'H Education World Initial Token Sale' will be 10% (Ten Percent) of the total coins produced, or, in other words, 10,00,00,000 (One Hundred Million) coins will be released in the sale. The rest 90% (Ninety Percent) will be held by the company.

The ‘Pre Token Sale’ will run from 16th July 2018 till 15th August 2018 wherein Large Individual and Corporate Investors will get a 40% discount on HIDU’s price for their investments.

The ‘H Education World Initial Token Sale’ will start on 16th August 2018 as per the following schedule:

  • Sub-Stage One: 16th August 2018 – 14th September 2018
  • Sub-Stage Two: 15th September 2018 – 14th December 2018

In Sub-Stage One, the buyers will receive a discount of 25% for a minimum contribution of $25,000.

In Sub-Stage Two, the buyers will receive a discount of 15% for a minimum contribution of $15,000.

The minimum contribution to participate in both stages of the Token Sale would be $10.

The ‘H Education World Initial Token Sale’ will end on 14th December 2018.

Tokens will be distributed to the buyers within a week of purchase.

Referral Program

  • Every registrant would receive a unique Referral ID that they can use to promote the Token Sale. Everyone who would use that Referral ID to buy HIDUs would become a part of the Referee’s Account and at the end of the Token Sale, the Referee would receive HIDUs worth 5% of the total sale on his Referral account.
  • At the same time, everyone using a valid Referral ID to buy HIDUs would receive a 2% Bonus on their purchase amount.
  • However, to earn the bonuses, both the Referee and the Referred have to complete their own HCoin purchase. If a Referee does not complete his own HCoin purchase, he would receive no HIDUs and his Referral Account would be considered dissolved. If a Referred Buyer registers with a Referral ID but fails to complete his purchase, he would get no bonuses and his deemed purchase amount will be deducted from the Referral Account of the Referee.
  • All bonuses would be paid at the completion of the Token Sale and not before.

Bounty Program

  • This program is open to every person around the world and is not dependent on any HCoin purchase. Anyone who will submit an idea or suggestion, or would highlight some shortcoming or defect, or would provide any relevant additional data or information, will be eligible for a reward of 100 HIDUs.
  • The idea or suggestion or shortcoming or defect or additional data or information may relate to the Whitepaper or the Legal Framework of the Token Sale or the Business Plan or anything else that the management might deem relevant and useful for the success of the Token Sale or the Business.
  • Names of Bounty winners will be updated on a weekly basis on this website and the blog. However, all winnings would be credited into the winners’ accounts after the completion of the Token Sale.
  • All submissions related to ideas, suggestions, highlighted shortcomings, highlighted defects, additional data, and information will become property of H Network International and H Education World and no one else would have rights on it whatsoever.
